Help To Build A New Classroom - Sponsor A Child

A community-driven initiative
We are passionate about supporting opportunities for children in Morondava, Madagascar. Viviane is eager to support this cause by helping raise funds to construct a new classroom and sponsor education for the children. This effort is led by Eric and Estelle, the visionary founders of Les Oasis des Connaissances.
Eric, the Project Manager, has spent the past five years in Morondava, diligently developing and overseeing solidarity projects focused on education and the environment.
Estelle, the Pedagogical Manager, tailors educational programs to the local context in Madagascar, trains teachers, and ensures their effective implementation across the schools. Together, they are committed to making a lasting impact.

About the Project
Since September 2023, they have opened a new school in Morondava, the economic and administrative capital of Menabe on Madagascar's west coast. This project introduces an educational system that differs significantly from what young Malagasy children are accustomed to. Students progress in classes capped at 25, supported by two teachers who validate their achievements and allow them to choose their own workshops. Drawing inspiration from pedagogies such as Montessori, Freinet, the Singapore Method, Education Par Contrat de Confiance (EPCC), and others, they aim to ensure all the students learn with confidence and without the fear of academic failure.
Together, let’s help young Malagasy children fall in love with school.

Building A New Classroom
With your generous donation, these children will have the opportunity to attend our school, where we personally oversee teacher recruitment, training, and educational support. Each class is limited to 25 students, guided by two fully French-speaking teachers, ensuring personalized attention and care
