By booking a one-on-one session with Danah, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Scope of Service
    These sessions are intended for personal, spiritual, and energetic support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Danah does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or perform medical procedures. Always consult a qualified professional for health, legal, or financial matters.

  2. Independent Practitioner
    Danah is an independent practitioner and is not trained by Viviane nor employed by Arcturian University. She brings her own intuitive approach, frequency, and personal wisdom. All guidance, methods, and session content are solely her responsibility.

  3. Results Disclaimer
    Every person’s experience is unique. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from any session. Your experience will depend on your own openness, participation, and personal circumstances.

  4. Client Responsibility
    You remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take after the session. Any choices or changes you make as a result of the session are at your own discretion and risk.

  5. Payment & Refund Policy
    All bookings are confirmed upon payment. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your payment.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcturian University and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, claim, or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your participation in a session with Danah.
