We always try to upload the replay as soon as possible. The replay is usually uploaded within 48 hours.

   • Next to the active subscription and your credit card details you will see three dots. 
   • Click the three dots and select "Cancel Subscription"

• Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
  Sometimes, our emails might end up in your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check there and mark the email as "Not Spam" to ensure future messages land in your inbox.

• Add Our Email Address to Your Safe Sender List
  To prevent our emails from being filtered out, add our email address to your contact list or safe sender list. This helps your email provider recognize our messages as important.

• Check Your Email Preferences
  If you've previously unsubscribed or limited the types of emails you receive, login to your account, click your Avatar in the top-right corner of the page.

  Then, select Settings from the dropdown menu.
  
  Under Profile Settings, you can toggle on or off the email notification settings as desired.

• Check for Typos in Your Email Address
  Ensure the email address you used when signing up is correct. A small typo can prevent you from receiving emails. If you're unsure, contact us directly for assistance.
